How to Enroll
- Download or pick up an enrollment packet.
- Complete and return the packet to the Pima Partnership Academy Office and copies of the following required documents:
- birth certificate
- social security card
- official transcript
- unofficial transcript
- withdrawal slip
- 8th grade diploma or certificate (if applicable)
- copy of guardianship papers (if applicable)
- current immunization records
- medical information
- Attend an enrollment session scheduled by the Principal. All family members are encouraged to attend; parents/legal guardians are required to attend
- All family members sign an enrollment agreement
The Pima Partnership Academy is an open-access, inclusive school. This means that we do not deny access to any student except for those who have been expelled from other school districts for possession and/or use of a weapon (especially a firearm). We will work closely with any family or agency to help the student succeed. All personal information about the student will be kept confidential by the staff.
